Alternating between the United States and Canada on even years, the 2008 No Borders Rally will be held in scenic International Falls, Minnesota located on the Rainy River directly across from Fort Frances, Ontario,Canada. The rally will feature empowering speakers, inspiring music and encouraging fellowship. Enjoy the Friday night concert with Bethlehem Blues Collective. Event T-shirts will be available only for those pre-registering. Camping and lodging available on-site.
